We will not share or disclose your data with any other third party without first obtaining your consent. Wessex RFCA will act in accordance with current UK legislation and aim to meet current Internet best practice. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and, in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Information on users
In order to receive or use services on Wessex RFCA’s South West Alternative Venue website you may be asked to submit personal information about yourself by entering your details in the form fields requested. This will include your name, your contact and e-mail address, your telephone number and, details of your proposed event and the preferred dates for it. This will enable us to provide you with the information you need and to process your request. It will also allow us to improve our products and services and, to contact you for market research purposes.
